WARRANTY & AUTHENTICITY
We guarantee that each branded product we sell bears the original manufacturer’s serial number, intact and without any alterations. We also guarantee that all products we sell are brand new and unused (unless otherwise stated).
We thoroughly screen all of our vendors on a regular basis to make sure that they meet the high standards we set for all our business associates.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom products from OJ Exclusive come with a 1-year worldwide warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover any form of water damage or misuse of any product in any way. Due to the nature of customisation work – we cannot guarantee products will be 100% water-resistant once alterations, adding, or removing parts have occurred. The warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most products we make are custom made to the specifications of our customers. Therefore in most cases, the customisation will take 3-5 weeks to complete.
International Shipping
We offer secured worldwide shipping to almost all countries (some exclusions apply) via our trusted courier partner UPS. All items that leave our atelier for shipping are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
For international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, fees, or charges applicable to the country where the products are being received – please note these charges are payable in full by the customer.
